Meet Angel- Rescued Emaciated Pit Bull Girl

Starving and left for dead, Pit Positive's owners Art and Lisa took in little Angel and are nursing her back to health.

The pitbull community has joined in to help support her recovery with blog posts, videos, fundraisers and awareness.

Four Bully Boys Looking For Adoption

Tuesday, June 10th we rescued a little black pit, Brinks is back on the market and there are two beautiful little blue pit boys waiting for love. They should be up on the site by Thursday.

PIT Krewe Forming in Tampa

Our volunteer team, called the PIT Krewe will be forming soon. The Krewe's role is to volunteer at Hillsborough County Animal Services (for an hour or so a week) to walk and play with the pits, take the ambassador dogs out into the community at events and be community pit advocates.

There will be a Krewe training session in June covering breed history, talking points, walking skills, meeting skills and more. For more information, please contact us to sign up.

Brinks is in his foster home waiting for a forever home. He's a great boy, around 2 yrs old, sweet lovable, very very smart and a perfect specimen body. He loves to play with his toys. From rescuing Angel, to getting the Pet Expo participation ready and done, we've been very busy. The twins, Grand and Judd got adopted by their wonderful new Mom, we have 2 foster boys Champ (currently sleeping at my feet) and Jake (at a friend's house. We'll be putting pictures here and at the Adoptathon site soon.

Boy it's been busy - The adopthon went great; we adopted 70% of the dogs we had available. Next time we'll have more dogs, as we rehomed 36 dogs out of 50. We have already gotten some great pictures from the new homeowners and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
